Autolink Case Contacts in Facts

The Casefleet team is excited to share a new feature for automatic linking of contacts in a fact. If your fact text includes the exact Name and/or Alias of a case contact, you will see a prompt above the Fact field to autolink the contact to the fact:

Clicking the autolink option will replace the name in the selected fact text with the appropriate @Name for the matching contact in the case, ensuring the contact record is properly mapped to the fact in question.
