Case Activity Log

NEW

New Feature: You can now review activity logs for each case in your account! CaseFleet now automatically captures a log of actions taken within each case file. Visit the "Activity" tab for a detailed account of changes made within the case file. Each activity record includes:

  • The date and time of the action
  • The user responsible for the action and the specific changes made
  • A link to the affected record (fact, issue, source, contact, etc.)
  • A preview of the record, reflecting its current state in the database

You can also leverage filters and saved views to narrow your activity feed list by a particular user, date, record type, or action type.
