Filterable Account Activity Logs


New Feature: Administrators can now review activity logs for your entire CaseFleet account - across all case files! Visit the "Activity" page, found in the vertical menu on the left for a detailed list of changes made within your account by each user.

Each activity record includes:

  • The date and time of the action
  • The case the action was taken in (if relevant)
  • The user responsible for the action and the specific changes made
  • A link to the affected record (fact, issue, source, contact, etc.)
  • A preview of the record, reflecting its current state in the database

You can also leverage filters and saved views to narrow your activity feed list by a particular user, date, record type, or action type.
