Reduced Media Transcription Rate (Usage Billing)

The Casefleet team recently made some infrastructure enhancements that significantly lowered our per-minute costs of processing and transcribing media files. We're passing on these cost savings to you, our valued customers. Starting April 2025, opt-in overages for media transcription for usage billing will drop from $0.17 per minute to $0.06 per minute, a savings of more than 64%!
