  1. Additional duplication detection methods

    When uploading files to CaseFleet, I would like to know if other versions of the same file exist as duplicates - based on file content in addition to the MD5. For instance, if I have a Word document and PDF of the same file, the MD5 does not recognize them as duplicates since the file's code is different.

  2. Ability to add a fact comment when linking to an existing fact

    When I'm in the document reviewer and using the "link to an existing fact" option, I'd like the ability to add a fact comment at the same time, like you can when creating a new fact via highlight. Currently, I have to create the citation to the existing fact, then reopen the fact form to add a new comment.

  3. Better duplicate source management

    Casefleet helps prevent inadvertent creation of duplicate sources, but duplicates can still end up in Casefleet. Sometimes they are email attachments, sometimes they are created when users override the duplicate warning, sometimes they are created in the context of a native bulk upload. It would be useful to group sources with their duplicates so that duplicates can be flagged in some way.

  4. Ability to Download Source Documents Directly from Selected Facts

    Currently, the checkmarks on the Facts tab are limited to merging facts or using the bulk edit utility. I want the ability to select facts and download the associated source documents directly.

  5. Use just MM/YYYY only to date sources

    When trying to put a date in the source details, I need to have the ability to just enter MM/YYYY because not all sources have complete date information.

  6. Ability to Bulk Accept Facts from Document Intelligence

    Add an option to β€œAccept All” (or bulk select) facts generated by Document Intelligence, so that users can confirm multiple facts in one action rather than one at a time.

  7. Add Filter Details to Report Download List

    Currently, the list of reports generated only displays the report name and the download link. When running several reports, it can be difficult to identify which download corresponds to which set of filters. Suggests adding a column in the table under Step 3 of the report generation process that displays the filters applied to each report. This would make it easier for users to distinguish between reports and quickly locate the one they need.

  8. Download annotated/highlighted version of documents

    I would like to export transcripts with highlights and (potentially) comments, so it is more useful to me as a hard copy.

    If we have two separate cases that start to overlap for articles it would be helpful to have the ability to merge the chronologies or to easily pull facts from multiple timelines to create a new chronology

  11. Generate reports in way that enables opening to cited page of documents

    When I generate the report with the documents it gives me the option to hyperlink to the attached documents. I would like the hyperlinked to open to the specific page/location in the document.

  14. Additional columns for facts

    When I'm viewing facts, it would be helpful to see custom columns for things such as comments, when the fact was created, and who created the fact.

  15. Print from Document Reviewer

    Add a print button to the document reviewer and/or source info page. It would be nice to be able to print out a source without having to download the document first.
